Our firm, Subashini & Associates was founded by CA. Subashini.S, and we began our humble journey in the year 2009 as a proprietary concern.

CA. Subashini.S is the founder partner of the firm. She has been in practice since 2009. She is also a certified expert in International Taxation and an Insolvency Professional. Her areas of expertise include corporate audits, income tax including international taxation, internal audits, Due Diligence, Setting up Standard Operating Procedures, Presenting Companies to Venture Capital Funds. She is also a Faculty Member in DTRTI â€“ the Training department of the Office of the Income tax, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Ministry of Skill development. She is a passionate speaker in various forums involving Direct and Indirect taxes.

CA. S.SRIVIDYA

CA. S.Srividya designated partner of the firm, has varied experience in the Industry and is a specialist in accounting and assurance services, is serving as a Virtual CFO giving holistic solution in areas of compliance, Tax and financial Consulting. She also has proven track record in Internal Audit Services, Budgetary control, preparation of Accounting process manual implementing required Standard Operating Procedures.
